Teeling Small Batch Whiskey is made from hand-selected casks of grain and malt whiskey. Telling Small Batch Whiskey is initially  stored in fully aged Ex-Bourbon barrels, then married together in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile.

This is the flagship whiskey from Dublin’s Teeling, the Small Batch Irish whiskey is made with a blend of malt and grain whiskeys, initially aged in ex-Bourbon barrels before being transferred to casks that previously held Central American rum. The whiskey remains in the casks for up to 12 months, before being bottled at 46% ABV without any chill-filtration. A deliciously creamy, spicy and rich Irish blend

The grain and malt whiskey are carefully hand selected and then initially fully aged separately in Ex-Bourbon barrels, in a ratio of roughly 3:1.

They are then blended in Central American Rum casks for up to 12 months for a unique, dried fruit profile. Blending in small batches and finishing in Central American rum casks, allows the grain and malt whiskey to marry and take on a subtle dried fruit character.

Nose: Cut grass and orange blossom. Allspice, hints of vanilla, apple pie and blackberries.

Palate: Spiced, rich palate with rose petal jelly and lemon curd. Creamy vanilla, hints of dried herbs and cinnamon.
