Do you have a physical store and can I pick up my items?

Yes, we have a physical store in Lagos (Mainland) and you can opt to pick up your items at no extra cost.

My order arrived damaged. What do I do?

If any bottles arrive damaged, please either refuse the delivery or note the damage with the driver before signing the delivery note. Contact us immediately so we can arrange a refund for you or resend the order.

Can I pick up my order from your office?

Yes you can pick your order at our office in the following address, Blessed Lily Plaza, Opposite Balogun Main Gate, International Trade Fair Complex,Lagos-Badagry Expressway,Lagos Nigeria.

Do you sell original products?

Yes all our products are of high quality. We don’t sell fake products.

Do you give a discount for large orders?

We are a wholesaler and always welcome large orders! We would be very happy to give discounts for special orders. Don’t be shy – give us a call!

The wine label or bottle shape doesn’t look like the one that is on your website.

From time to time producers change their packaging. We will always endeavour to have the new packaging on our website but sometimes we do no get advised of those changes.

Can I change or cancel my order before it’s despatched?

If you want to change or cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible. Once your item has been dispatched, we may have to charge you an admin fee.

What if I place an online order of a product that is out of stock?

Your order is pulled as soon as we receive your order. If we are out of a product, we will contact you immediately to help you find a suitable substitution.

I don't see a specific Beer, Wine or Spirit I would like to purchase, can I make a special order?

If you do not see a product that you are looking for, feel free to contact Customer Care and we will do well to search for the product for you if you wish.

How long will it take to get my package?

We deliver within the first 48hours (if you’re in Lagos) after payment is confirmed. If you choose the express delivery method, your goods should be delivered within 6-10 hours (if you’re in Lagos) after payment confirmation.
For deliveries outside Lagos and Nigeria, we would provide you with an estimated time of arrival of your goods and a number to call in order to track your goods.

Who should I contact if I have any issues?

If you have any issues with a product or are dissatisfied with any of our representatives, kindly send a quick email to liquorhubng@gmail.com. You should get a response within 3hours.

How can I return a product?

We have strict return policies due to the sensitivity of our kind of business. We encourage our clients to double-check their deliveries in the presence of our dispatch riders before accepting either verbally or signing a goods acceptance form. Signing of this form or affirming that the dispatch guy can leave affirms that goods were supplied in good conditions and the same goods ordered is same as the goods delivered in the right quantity. In extremely rare cases where our customers are dissatisfied with the products delivered due to a mistake on our part, you can call any of our customer care lines and we would make adequate arrangement after an investigation is carried out.

Do you have any schemes for wholesalers who will love to partner with you?

How do I use my gift/discount coupons?

At the checkout section, you’d find an empty box, key in your reference number and your new total would be calculated after subtracting the amount assigned to that coupon/reference number.
