Bottega Gold – 75cl

Bottega Gold – 75cl is a Prosecco Doc Brut sparkling wine, obtained by the vinification in white of the Glera grapes, grown in the Valdobbiadene hills. The golden bottle protects the wine by any source of light, preserving its aroma and freshness thus giving the wine a longer life. The Bottega gold is an Italian prosecco, made from the vinification of Glera grapes grown in the valdobbiadene hills; close to the venetian prealps, this area has the perfect climate for this native variety of grape. The grapes are hand picked from vineyards located on a hilly territory with a great landscape and a long wine growing tradition. The grapes are softly pressed in the winery, the must obtained is stored in stainless steel containers at a low temperature to keep its freshness then the fermentation process happens in autoclave for almost 40 days at a controlled temperature, selected yeasts are added; it is made using the Charmat process.

It is packaged in a golden opaque bottles to protect it from any source of light, preserve the aroma and freshness thereby giving it longer life.

Bottega Gold – 75cl Prosecco Brut Gold has a bright yellow colour with an attractive and persistent perlage. It has aromas of green apple, citrus, pear, flowers, spices and sage; it has a light texture in the mouth with a well balanced and slightly acidic flavour. It is perfect for special occasions and should be served chilled, It is also good as a champagne mixer.
